We have fixed pickup and drop-off stops. For each animal we choose the closest stop to the sender's or recipient's address.

In some cases yes, provided the location is on our route and does not cause a detour. Always arranged in advance.

Delivery takes place at designated points, just like pickup. If there is a request that does not affect the route, we are happy to consider it.

Depending on the number of bookings, the collection period can last up to 10–15 days, until the route is full.

The schedule is finalised a few days before departure, once all stops are confirmed, and we notify each recipient in good time.

Yes, of course. We also handle transports from abroad to Greece, coordinating the entire process.

We have crates available in all sizes, including for very large breeds, up to 120 × 120 × 100 cm.

A pet passport, a microchip matching the passport details, and an authorisation document from the owner are required. For adopted animals, a TRACES from the association is also needed.

Ideally, we should have all necessary documents and information at least one week before the trip.

Unfortunately, animals without complete paperwork cannot start the trip. We perform strict checks before departure for everyone's safety.

Yes, we scan the microchip and verify that it matches the passport details before pickup.

We specialise in international transport of companion animals, mainly dogs and cats.

Throughout the journey there is always an escort dedicated to the animals. The transport cabin is in direct contact with the drivers' area, ensuring continuous supervision and an immediate response to any need. Our escort makes sure every animal is clean, comfortable and has everything they need.

Our vehicle has heating and cooling, ensuring a stable and comfortable climate for the animals throughout the journey.

Absolutely. We keep you informed with photos, location updates and news about your pet, so you can relax throughout the journey.
