How we work with you

We coordinate every transport personally with the adopter — we'll be in touch by email and WhatsApp once you submit a transport request, and we walk you through every step before pickup.

These authorization documents formalize the handover and accompany your dog through the trip. They are usually signed a few days before departure, but feel free to review them earlier so you know exactly what to expect.

If anything in the form is unclear, just send us a message. We'd rather answer ten questions than have anything ambiguous on travel day.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to print and sign the document before the trip?

Yes — please print, sign, and bring the document on transport day, or send a scanned copy ahead of time. We'll remind you a few days before pickup.

PDF or Word — which one should I download?

Use Word if you'd like to type your details before printing. Use PDF if you prefer to print and fill in by hand.

What if I don't speak the language of the destination country?

Pick the language you're most comfortable signing in. We handle translations on our side and the receiving partner has copies in the local language.

Can I share this page with someone else (e.g. the receiver)?
